Greetings! I'm Les Fleur (The Flower)a song title taken from one of my favorite vocalists Minnie Riperton. I must first disclose that I do not reside in New York City. I live in New Jersey. However, I visit NYC frequently and feel like that's my home. ((smiles))

I adore music (both live and recordings). I am a self-proclaimed Stevie Wonder historian of sorts (LOL). I also enjoy immenesly British acid jazz group Incognito. Of course I love other genres such as classic soul, gospel, jazz, and some pop. Ever heard of Brazilian jazz artist Rosalia de Souza? If not, check her out, she is a gem! Of course, gotta give 'nuff respect to pioneer Sergio Mendes! ((smiles))

Besides being a musicnista, I love great conversations sharing ideas about this journey called life, news, spirituality (not organized religion, no offense intended). I love attending concerts, browsing record, book, and instrument shops, having a vegan meal, walks in the park, and sharing in delightful humor.

You MUST eat a clean diet (no processed foods, no sugar)
