Now that I've become and empty nester, I'm free to indulge in one of my greatest passions - soulful jazz in all it's guises. I'm an easy going self employed management consultant whose a bit of culture vulture enjoying the much of the arts in addition to live music.My music collection varies extensively including world music (with jazz overtones) classical, soul and easy listening. With so much to do and so little time, I'm either found on the stage (amateur dramatics) or salsa dancing, cooking or dining out with friends. Down times are spent either snuggled up on the sofa, watching a movie reading or writing . Days out are spent walking at a picturesque location within the British Isles in the great outdoors. Travelling is a must for me and I aim to get away at least 3 times a year (recession or no recession!) Friends know that I live my life to the max, knowing there's no guarantees for tomorrow.
