I tried a dating site for baby boomers my age and found no one that is passionate about music. Unthinkable from the generation of Woodstock. I could not believe it!

I LOVE THE BLUES!!! I want very much to find someone else--a male--who does too. Is that really too much to ask? Let us see what comes of this.

I am 59 and still listen to the Allman Brothers every day. But ONLY to Duane's tenure. I adored/adore Skydog as the greatest guitarist ever. Ok, I'm willing to have a debate on that if you have a different take. I also still listen to Canned Heat every day. But ONLY to the Blind Owl's tenure. When he left us, Canned Heat lost its genius, taste, and direction.

I love all the Blues masters and enjoy tracing the history from Robert Johnson to Keb' Mo', as an example. I love that Keith Richards once asked who that guitarist was, and when he was told that the guy's name was Robert Johnson, said, yeah but who's the OTHER guy playing with him? I agree with Richards...when you listen to Johnson on 32-20 Blues, it DOES sound like two cats...Johnson was that amazing. I just love stories like that and would smile to find a man who feels the same.

I'm just looking for fun and whatever may come from it. There must surely be another blues-loving baby boomer out there???
