Music Passion--my two middle names? Hello. I'm a SWM, 47 years, I've been playing guitar, singing and writing for about 25 years or so. I had a band in San Francisco that played about 90% my originals during the 90's--called Hat. We made a couple recordings, then had the tragic breakup. Happens all the time, yes?
I'm currently in Philadelphia, still with a bagful of originals hoping to put together perhaps an acoustic-type band. With djembe/conga percussion and (in my dreams) a stand-up bass, and lots of harmony singing. And not just my originals, if possible.
Really, I'm tossing out seeds to see if anything will sprout but I'm also just terribly interested in any woman who: wants to sit around with an acoustic guitar and sing or harmonize; share originals or ideas; just hang out and have a "listening party"--sharing and discussing our favorite recordings.
