music is my passion yes, but mostly unusual, out-of-the way stuff...the entire authentic (black culture) jazz tradition, but esp the explosion of new, radical ways of expression that happened in the 60's-70's....classical, mostly 20th-21st cent.stuff, so-called avant-guarde....world music, but the more traditional, non-western influenced the better, for instance ethnological field recordings of African "tribal" music.... & Joannie Mitchell, Kristen Hersh...all beautiful, beautiful stuff
