about me... ...I am now in my late 50's and have been told that for my age I'm still in pretty good nick !
I've always played in bands and groups for many years and still occasionaly do gigs...
I've also written,composed and recorded many of my own songs...
My other main interests are socialising, country walks and a general interest in wildlife and nature. My TV viewing is mainly the Discovery and SKY Arts channels. I also like looking after and relaxing in my garden.
I like to keep fit and physically on top of things by swimming regularly and working out at my local gym.
