Do U know David Bowie videos?

Been EVERYWHERE videos are available, and can't find this particular one.
Does anyone remember this one, my old man has told me about. He said that it's a David Bowie video, that was out around the time when MTV first started. And, features Bowie singing with Bowies video dubbed in costume drag, singing background vocals? Does anyone know the name of the song that this video was made for? I think he's nuts! But, he swears it exists. And I've searched so much that it's making me crazy, too.
